The library functioning since the the establishment of the college in the year 2nd Dec, 1986. The college library was established to carter to the needs of the students, teachers and research scholar. Initially, the library was started in one classroom within the college building and then government allotted Rs. 01(one Crore) to build up new library building. The library shifted to the new building on 20th May, 2016, inaugurated by Sri. Kalikho Pul, Hon'ble chief Minister, Arunachal Pradesh, in the presence of Sri. Kamlung Mosang, Hon'ble Minister, Water Resources, Trade & Commerce, Geology & Mines and Hon'ble MLA-44 (Tezu, Sunpura Assembly Constituency).
